Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Stump, also know as Stumpy, is a well-bred English type dark fox red female Labrador. She has a femine or refined
appearance with an athletic build. Stumpy has a good amount of bone in her front, a muscular build, and a straight topline.
Complimenting her looks is her calm, loving
temperament. Stumpy earned her nickname due to an injury suffered when she was a young pup when several of her littermates pulled and chewed
on her tail to the point that it was severly broken and could not be fixed. It was that injury that resulted in her tail having to be docked
and her nickname of Stumpy stuck.
Stumpy was sired by our Titus (Highland's Titus Steel JH) who is our fox red stud and American Kennel
Club titled Junior Hunter and whelped by our own
Rita
(Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Rita). She is the result of our fifth generation of breeding and goes back to one of our foundation
females at Amber Sky Farm, Terra (Rumajas Lady Terra) a chocolate female Labrador that has a
significant English build and a great temperament. Therefore Stumpy is related to many of our Labradors today as well as many from our past.
The line from Stumpy to Terra is; Stumy's dam is Rita (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Rita), to her grand-dam
Lolita (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Lolita), to her great-grand-dam
Lumpy (Rumajas Amber Sky Pride and Joy), to her great-great-grand-sire Jake
(Rumajas King Jake) who was whelped by Terra.
