Amber Sky Crimson Sailor, 'Sailor' is a champion sired (American Kennel Club), well bred, medium yellow
male Labrador Retriever. Sailor has well defined "English" type characteristics, a large square head compliment
by a soft kind expression on his face with dark amber eyes. He has a significant amount of bone and will continue
to grow into his frame as he continues to mature. Sailor has a nice mellow easy going temperament and truly
a kind Labrador. He has a massive appearance and a deep bark, however Sailor is often afraid of his own shadow and simply
does not have a mean bone in his body. Sailor is a medium yellow, however it was our
hope that Sailor would be what is considered the "Fox Red" variation of yellow, much like his dam,
Rosie (Amber Sky Crimson Rosette) and his grand sire, Brick
(Keepsake's Brickhouse. Sailor was sired by Am. Ch.
Boradors Smokehouse. He definitely beat the odds in his litter of 6 puppies as he was the only yellow with five black
siblings.
Sailor has produced fox red puppies as well as light yellow puppies and we are excited for his future litters.
He is a littermate to Scout (Amber Sky Crimson Scout) who is a beautiful 'English' type black bitch. He is the sire to our
own Sassy (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Sass) and Splash (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Splash).
