RIBBON'S PEDIGREE
Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Ribbon, Ribbon, is a well-bred solid English type dark yellow/light fox red female Labrador. She is an excellent example of our fourth
generation of breeding as we owned her damRosie (Amber Sky Crimson Rosette) and bred her sire,
Rudy (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Rudy). Like many of our labs Ribbon has a soft, kind temperament and
is very calm. Her coat color is a dark honey color yellow with reddish highlights as she is a bit lighter then her sire and dam when it comes to the fox
red shade of yellow. Ribbon is a darker yellow or a lighter shade of fox red as compared to the coloring of her littermate, Ruthie
(Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Ruth). She is a half sibling to our Cricket (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Cricket,
Keeper (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Keeper), and Rippy (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Rippy).
Ribbon is almost a carbon copy of her grand-dam Lumpy
(Rumajas Amber Sky Pride and Joy) who is behind a great number of our fox red Labradors.
Ribbon is a well built English lab with a nice, boxy head that is complimented by her dark black pigment on her nose and around her eyes. Her square head is softened
a bit due to her femine features in her headset. Further enhancing her looks is her soft, kind, eyes that give her a very loving appearance despite her
strong build and frame. She has a nice topline, nice angulation in her front, and significant bone in her front.
Ribbon is a descendant from one of our two foundation bitches, Terra (Rumajas Lady Terra) a stocky English type chocolate Labrador
Retriever. She comes from a long line of Labradors that we have bred on her sire's side, the list would include: Rudy
(Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Rudy)
Lumpy (Rumajas Amber Sky Pride and Joy) her paternal grand-dam, and Jake (Rumajas King Jake) her
paternal great-grandsire. We were also fortunate to own several Labradors behind Ribbon with their relationship
detailed in her pedigree: Brodie
(Balcroft Crow Haven Reprise) one of our foundation stud dogs, and Tilly
(Miss Chantilly Lace of York) a dark yellow female Labrador that is behind many of our fox red labradors. Ribbon has matured into a beautiful English lab and
she will continue to mature as she gets older resulting in her looking even more exceptional.
