HANK'S PEDIGREE
Amber Sky Captain Nick's John Henry, 'Hank' is a dominant chocolate Labrador Retriever who has
a lovable sweet personality and an exceptionally bred pedigree which combines substance and
functionality. Hank came out of an exceptional litter of all chocolates that were bred
by Paul and Christine Nickerson of Captain Nick's Labradors in Strongsville, Ohio.
He was championed sired by Doc
(Am. CH. Simerdown's Dr Pepper) from Simerdown Labradors in Colorado. Hank was whelped by
Sloop (Captain Nick's Sun Del Sloop CD, RA, CGC, TDI, PJ-1, CL-R, CL-H)
who has had successes in the show ring and has excelled in agility competition as well.
Hank has great bone and type, a nice compact frame, and a soft sweet expression on his already
broad square head. He has to grow and mature quite a bit as he is still a pup, however he has an
excellent foundation to build on and he already has the key to any great lab, a calm easy going
temperament. As of late December 2006, Hank is maturing nicely and will be sent out soon to try
his luck in the show ring in hopes that he will follow in his father's paw prints.
