Rumajas Amber Sky Casey, Casey, is one of our chocolate female Labradors at Amber Sky Labradors. She is an excellent result of our third generation of breeding and was sired by our own
Luke (Rumajas Amber Sky Lucas) and whelped by our own Coco (Rood's Hershey Chocolate). Casey is a very pretty dark
chocolate female Labrador that has all of the typical English characteristics for a female Labrador: a nice square boxy head with a softer feminie appearance, nice thick bone in her straight front, a nice topline and tailset,
and a strong, muscular, athletic build. She gets most of her English characteristics from her sire, Luke, who is a very stocky well-bred English Labrador with a pedigree full of strong
very disctinct looking English Labradors. Casey gets her height which is slightly taller than many of our females from her dam, Coco, who was a combination of English and American
Labradors in her pedigree. We feel that Casey is the perfect combination of her sire and dam and has gotten the best characteristics from each one of them.
She is a very pretty Labrador and is extremely athletic, however one of her best attributes is her temperament which is very calm. Casey is a bit reserved
when you first meet her, however it doesn't take long for her to warm up and interact with you like she has known you all along.
Casey is a littermate to our own Copper (Rumajas Amber Sky Coppery)and is our third generation of breeding on her sire's side. She goes back to one of our our foundation bitches,
Terra (Rumajas Lady Terra). The line from Copper to Terra would go through the following Labradors who we have all owned and bred on her sire's side:
Luke (Rumajas Amber Sky Lucas), Copper's sire, and Ellie (Rumajas Amber Sky Elliot), Casey's grand-dam,
and ending at Terra.
It is our hope that Copper's offspring like herself will be loving pleasant Labradors for their owners. We are proud to have bred Casey and produced a Labrador with such a wonderful
temperament.
